The land of our dreams

Brian and his family originally purchased this 58-acre piece of property as a personal getaway. Over years of work, the land was cleared, trails were blazed, and its natural features were carefully shaped. Not to replace what was there, but to reveal it.

As the property developed, its potential became increasingly obvious. The same clearing that could hold a festival could also hold a wedding ceremony. A quite stretch of forest could become a campsite, a haunted woodland, or something else entirely.

Then film makers started looking for exactly that.

Productions needed forests. Cabins. Trails. Seclusion. Places where a camera could turn Indiana into somewhere -or sometime- completely different.

Suddenly, the property’s greatest feature wasn’t any single location. It was how many different stories could be told there.

Three Ridges Ranch had found its direction.

Today, the vision is to develop that potential responsibly: building relationships with independent filmmakers and the larger production industry, expanding production infrastructure, creating opportunities for events and the surrounding community, and continuing to shape the property without sacrificing the landscape that made all of it possible.

And Three Ridges isn’t an invented marketing name. Three actual ridges define the property, forming the natural canvas everything else has been built around.

A landscape begging to be shaped.
